Data we collect
Name, email, phone, reservation and order history, notification preferences. Date of birth is only requested when a venue is legally required to check it.
Purposes
Managing your reservations, orders and payments, preventing fraud and improving the service. Marketing messages require your explicit consent.
What we don't do
We never infer sensitive characteristics from photos or social media, we never collect social media credentials and we never sell your data.
Sharing with venues
A venue sees what it needs to welcome you: your name, verification status, your visit history with that venue and service notes.
Your rights
You can export your data and delete your account from your profile, in line with Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data.
